1) Each adult is limited to one extra set of keys, unless special arrangements are made with the Building Manager or Management Committee.

2) Interested persons will be charged a minor fee for the extra set, plus a lost key or set of keys will cost $25.00.

3) When a tenant moves out of Tilsner, they will be asked to produce all the keys they have held.

4) The # of extra keys requested by each unit will be kept on record.
