1) The City of Saint Paul Noise Ordinance is hereby adopted by the Tilsner Cooperative.

QUIET TIMES:

10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights.
12:00 a.m. through 9:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.

2) All members are asked to be considerate and tolerant of their neighbors.

3) Intolerable levels of noise at any time of day are handled as follows:

A. Affected member makes contact with the member who is making the noise to discuss the situation.

B. If the intolerable noise level is during the Quiet Times and the noise-producing member refuses to comply with a request to reduce the noise, the affected member is authorized to call the police andrequest that the City Ordinance be enforced.

C. If the intolerable noise level is not during the Quiet Times and the members are unable to resolve the situation, the affected member can bring a complaint to the Conciliation Committee and request conciliation.

4) Failure to comply with the Tilsner Cooperative Noise Policy may result in the Tilsner Cooperative's refusal to renew the member's lease.
